Refund/Return Policy

Tickets are only transferrable if the transfer is completed 48 hours in advance. Please email or visit us at the park to transfer your tickets. If a future jump time isn’t selected, a jump credit will be placed on your account.

Please email us 48 hours prior to any group bookings, to confirm the final number of jumpers. A full cash refund will be given when you arrive at the park.  Group bookings can be cancelled with a full refund, if the refund is completed 48 hours in advance.

Jump socks are not refundable, because they are a personal use item.
